Blackout Security Billing
Effective date: September 29, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Blackout Security Billing (the "App"), software owned by Blackout Security Inc. ("Blackout Security").
Blackout Security grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely to Blackout Security Inc. and its authorized personnel, for use with Blackout Security's own QuickBooks Online company. No license is granted to any other person or organization.
The App may not be distributed, sublicensed, sold, or connected to any QuickBooks Online company other than Blackout Security's own.
The App and all rights in it remain the property of Blackout Security Inc.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms.
Data handling is described in the Blackout Security Billing Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackout Security will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.
This license ends when the App is disconnected from QuickBooks Online or when Blackout Security stops using it.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
